By using Edquate you agree to use the service lawfully, keep your credentials secure, and not abuse rate limits or attempt to bypass access controls. Content you generate remains yours; you grant Edquate a license to process it to provide the service.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to extract other users' data, or use automated scraping that degrades the service. AI outputs may be inaccurate — verify critical information.

Accounts and billing

Paid features are governed by the plan shown at checkout. Refunds follow the policy displayed at purchase.
