Edquate processes account, learning activity, and content you provide to operate the service. We store data in Postgres/Mongo/Redis as described in our docs and do not sell your personal data.
Data we collect
- Account: email, display name, auth identifiers.
- Learning: chats, books, notes, practice attempts, XP and league state.
- Telemetry: request IDs and error traces for reliability.
Retention and rights
You may request export or deletion via support@edquate.com. Logs are retained for up to 30 days for security.
